Selecting fresh chicken livers daily, marinated in top-quality rice wine and multi-floral honey, these livers are expertly grilled to perfection, achieving a tantalizingly crispy exterior and tender. We artfully combine it with crisp green apples, refreshing cucumbers, and specially baked tart crust. It's the perfect appetizer that sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience.

w/ Homemade Satay Sauce
Each pig weighs approximately 2.5 pounds, be marinated by our skilled barbecue master with peanut sauce, coconut milk, & our secret satay sauce.
